The Island's Savviest Buy!

After having lived on a boat for seven years, traveling from Vancouver to Turkey and back to the east coast, I rented in Bonita Springs for two winters. I enjoyed my time there, but the area was too crowded for me. I visited a friend here in Vero and fell in love with the pace and all the area has to offer. The River Club is a good fit for me as I so much appreciate the easy access to the beach, the Jungle Trail, tennis court, pools, the fitness center and the security of the gated community. I like the freedom of choice to participate in nearby clubs without the financial responsibility of having them in my neighborhood. The natural beauty and spacious feeling of the property appeals to me, along with the easy drive to town and shopping. In the River Club, I found an affordable lot with water views and a feeling of space around it. Having met Bob McNally and seen some of the homes and condominiums he constructed, I had the confidence he would build me a home which met my goals. I wanted comfortable open space, quality construction, updated design and standards and a home which I could leave for periods of time and close up with ease, not worrying about it while I was away. I felt with Palm Coast Development, I would enjoy the process of selecting exactly what I wanted in a home and at the same time benefit from the experience Bob McNally and his wife and interior designer Jackie, would share. I am so happy to look forward to the upcoming progress now that construction has begun and feel good to have become a Vero Beach resident.
